1971 Lamborghini Miura SV by Bertone - £2,058,125

One of 150 Miura SVs produced, and 1 of 23 US-spec examples. In Verde Miura. Offered from The Gran Turismo Collection. The Lamborghini Miura was the first mid-engined car to match striking good looks with huge power. Lamborghini’s flagship supercar was fitted with a V-12 4-litre fed via 4 downdraft Weber 40 IDL carbs. A 5-speed gearbox is mounted transversely behind the seats, with engine and transmission sharing a common oil supply.
The model’s success resulted in 762 examples leaving the factory over a seven-year period. The rarest and most desirable of all was the SV, with only 150 made. The SV featured many design improvements and was the most powerful variant, with output rated at 385 horsepower.
Fewer than 30,000 miles are on the clock. Estimate is £1.9m - £2.2m
