The 918 Spyder is among the most desirable hypercars. The base MSRP of around $850,000 is a serious bargain today.
Car and Driver's test of the Porsche 918 achieved a 0–60 mph (0–97 km/h) in 2.2 seconds, 0–100 mph (0–161 km/h) in 4.9 seconds, 0–180 mph (0–290 km/h) in 17.5 seconds, and the 1/4 mile in 9.8 seconds.

Motor Trend's test of the Porsche 918 claims that with a 2.4 seconds 0-60 mph (97 km/h) time was the fastest car to 60 mph that they had ever tested.
In late 2013 a 918 'Weissach Package' set a Nürburgring lap time of 6:57, smashing the record by 14 seconds. It was the first production street-legal car to break the 7-minute barrier.
Hagery suggests a concours quality 2015 Porsche 918 Spyder is trending around $ 1.7m. The car made a high bid of $1.3m in March.
