McLaren unveils racing MSO X

McLaren’s Special Operations (MSO) team has created a limited edition, racing inspired supercar based on the company’s 570S. The MSO X has a production run of ten examples, all of which have been commissioned by McLaren dealerships in Newport Beach, California.

The supercar has been heavily influenced by the 570S GT4 racing car. It’s powered by a mid-mounted, twin-turbocharged 3.8-litre V8 engine that produces 562bhp. It’s identical to the 570S road car, as is the seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox and rear-wheel drive.
