2017 Dodge Challenger Hellcat

Under the hood of the 2017 Dodge Challenger Hellcat is a 6.2L V8 behemoth. The output stands at 707 horsepower and 650 lbs. ft. of torque. This power gets translated via either an eight-speed auto or six-speed manual transmission. This provides a 0-60 mph acceleration in 4.8 seconds with the manual. It improves by 0.7 seconds for the automatic.
The redesigned 2017 Dodge Challenger comes in a dizzying amount of trims: SXT, SXT Plus, R/T, R/T Plus R/T Shaker, R/T Shaker Plus, R/T Scat Pack, 392 Scat Pack Shaker, SRT 392, and finally, the Hellcat. Some of the standard features include rear air vents, a six-way power driver seat, automatic dual-zone climate control, 18-inch wheels, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror.
Optional features available include upgraded brakes, two-tone leather seats, a heated sport steering wheel, ventilated front seats, and an 8.4” touchscreen display.
June 2017 is the expected release date for the Hellcat model although the lower trims are slated to become available earlier. Once available for sale the 2017 Dodge Challenger Hellcat will go for sale at a base MSRP of $26,995.
