Jamiroquai frontman Jay Kay paring Ferrari collection

Jamiroquai frontman Jay Kay is paring his Ferrari collection. Two of his prized Ferraris will go under the hammer next month. The pair up for sale at the Silverstone Auctions includes Jay Kay’s first supercar — a 1998 Ferrari 550 Maranello. The Pininfarina-designed 550M features a 5.5-litre V12 engine producing 485bhp – good for a 0-60mph sprint in 4.3sec and a top speed of 199mph. It’s the last front-engined, rear-wheel drive V12 manual model ever to come out of Maranello. It is expected to sell for £135,000-160,000.
Also on the block is Jay Kay’s 2011 Ferrari FF — the Italian firm’s first ever four-wheel drive car. The FF has a 6.3-litre V12 engine producing 651bhp, enabling a 0-60mph time of 3.7sec onto a top speed of more than 200mph. With just over 17,000 miles on the clock and its rock star provenance, the FF is expected to fetch between £120,000 and £135,000
